To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return and refund, customers must notify us within these 7 days. An unboxing video is required to process any return claims.

• If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
• For returns without manufacturing defects, as specified in the product description, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost.
